Shanice is a not-for-profit leader with extensive experience in heritage programming, community engagement, and organizational management. She brings experience in human asset management, strategic and financial planning skills, and a strong passion for community engagement to every role.

During her time as General Manager of the Lindsay Agricultural Society (LAS), Shanice oversaw a strong team of staff and volunteers, guided strategic and financial planning, and led the successful execution of numerous community events, including the annual Lindsay Exhibition and the 2024 International Plowing Match.

Holding a Master of Education in 21st Century Teaching and Learning and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both earned with First Class Standing from the University of Prince Edward Island, Shanice combines business strategy with educational insight. Her background supports a collaborative approach to developing programs that connect audiences with heritage, culture, and community in meaningful ways.
